Martin arrived in Asia in 1977 initially working with the Hong Kong Government in a Security role before transitioning into an ELV / Security Consultant role from 1980 onward within the Asia Pacific region. He returned to Hong Kong in 1982 to establish AVS/CA, an organization that concentrated initially on provision of ELV/Security/Audio Visual and Lighting Consultancy primarily for the hospitality and entertainment industry. Over subsequent years, the company’s portfolio expanded to cover commercial, residential and a wide variety of market segments with the inclusion of IT & Telecomms too.
